***** HARSH BUNGER J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to renew the passport of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching a duly embossed special power of attorney executed by mother of the petitioner- Aadvik Sharma (Minor). 3.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
