(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing the respondents not to conduct multiple inquiries and set aside the ongoing inquiry being conducted by SP (H) Fazilka regarding the application moved by respondent No. 6. Learned State counsel submits that the police report has been filed and the matter has been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission of learned State counsel and his grievance is almost satisfied.
