**** NAMIT KUMAR, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case DDR No.36 dated 01.06.2021 under Sections 307, 379-B, 452, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC & Section 25 & 27 of Arms Act as cross case in FIR No.72, dated 29.05.2021, under Sections 302, 336, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 & 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadder Ferozpur, District Ferozpur.

Learned State counsel has filed custody certificate which is taken on record.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
