Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.326 dated 07.08.2021 registered under Section 20 of the NDPS Act, 185, at Police Station Industrial, Sector-29, Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three women and five men were standing on the bus stand, when the alleged raid was conducted; that from the petitioner the alleged recovery of 12 k.g. ganja was effected; that the petitioner has been in custody since 07.08.2021 and that there is no other case registered and/or pending against the petitioner.
