Learned senior counsel for the respondent has fairly submitted that in pursuance of the directions passed by the Division Bench of this Court, the respondent will decide the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today and in case the same is not done and the petitioner has to move an application for revival of the present contempt petition, then, the respondent would pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- to the petitioner as litigation expenses.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but the respondent be bound by DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.05.29 16:48 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. The respondent would be bound by the statement made before this Court. 4.
In case the respondent back tracks from the statement made before this Court and the petitioner has to file an application for revival of the contempt petition, then, apart from the other proceedings, the respondent would be liable to pay Rs.15,000/- as litigation expenses to the petitioner as undertaken before this Court.
