Learned State counsel submits that name of the petitioner figures in the waiting list at serial no. 4. He has referred to para 7 of the reply in this regard. Same reads as under:- "7. That in view of the submission made above, it is humbly submitted that petitioner is now exists at Sr. 4 in the revised waiting list of General category, cannot be offered appointment due to non availability of vacancy. The recruitment process was legally completed as prescribed in the Rules as such petitioner have no cause of action to agitate the matter before this Hon'ble High Court and his writ petition may kindly be dismissed in the interest of justice."

In view of above, no further cause of action survives. Petition is disposed of.
