The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 30.06.2023 (Annexure P-5) qua the petitioner passed by respondent No.2 whereby petitioner has been transferred from Sub-Division City Fatehgarh Churian (Gurdaspur) to Sub-Station Malsian, Nakodar, District Jalandhar against a vacant post and to stay the operation of order (Annexure P-5). 2.
