Learned State Counsel submits that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the petitioner, who is in custody only for a period of 01 year and 01 day and is also involved in two more cases under the NDPS Act as against "none" mentioned in paragraph No.8 at page No.5 of the petition, in view of which, his learned counsel does not press the instant petition at this stage.
