Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of impugned order dated 25.04.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur whereby the bail order of the petitioner dated 07.05.2019 has been cancelled and his bail bonds and surety bonds have also been cancelled and forfeited and non bailable warrants of the petitioner have been issued in CRA-242-2019 titled 'Girish Bhalla vs. State of Punjab and anr' filed by the petitioner against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 08.04.2019. Further prayer has been made for permitting the petitioner to appear before the learned lower Appellate Court and for staying the impugned RITTU 2025.08.01 10:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On 29.05.2025, this Court while issuing notice of motion, the operation of non-bailable warrants of arrest issued against the petitioner was stayed and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 29.05.2025, the petitioner has already appeared before the learned trial Court and furnished his bail bonds on 04.06.2025. He has placed on record a copy of order dated 05.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur today in the Court and the same is taken on record. 4.

Learned State counsel has also affirmed the fact that the petitioner has appeared before the learned trial Court in compliance of the order dated 29.05.2025.

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner, in compliance of the order dated 29.05.2025, already appeared before the learned trial Court and furnished his bail bonds on 04.06.2025, the impugned order dated 25.04.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur is hereby set aside.
