1. Present petition has been filed with a prayer for setting aside the order dated 30.06.2023 (P-4) passed by respondent No.3 qua petitioner whereby respondent No.5 has been transferred on the place of posting of the petitioner.

2. The impugned order dated 30.06.2023 (P-4) states that the transfer orders of the petitioner shall be issued later on. One Ranjit Singh has been posted in the office where the petitioner was working. Presently, she has neither been relieved nor any order has been passed shifting her from the place. She has challenged the order passed in favour of Ranjit Singh.

3. In the opinion of this Court, as the petitioner has not been shifted, no cause of action arises. Merely because someone else has been posted in her place and she has also been continued, no grievance can be raised with regard to someone else also being posted.
