(ORAL) Both the petitioners herein have sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.0036 dated 24.04.2019 registered at Police Station Division No.1, District Pathankot, under Section 306 IPC.
Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Balkar Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 18.07.2019, both the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature and moreover, the Challan has already been presented before the competent Court and the trial has commenced in the case.

learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioners named Pinki and Anita Devi @ Sunita by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 18.07.2019, is hereby made absolute.
