The prayer in the present Criminal Revision Petitions is for setting aside the order (ex-parte), dated 08.09.2022, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Faridakot.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed an application for setting aside the ex parte order before the Family Court and his limited prayer is that since it is a matrimonial dispute, so both the parties may be sent to the Mediation as there are chances for amicable settlement and for this request, he will move an application before the learned Family Court.

Keeping in view the above, the present petitions stand disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
