(ORAL) It is not disputed that pursuant to the order dated 27.03.2015 and 28.04.2014, the services of the petitioner have been regularized w.e.f. 18.10.1996 in the pay scale of Rs.2550-3200. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of this order this writ petition has been rendered infructuous but some time be fixed within which the respondents would now give the consequential benefits.

 Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 prays for three months time to grant consequential benefits to the petitioner. The prayer is allowed.

In the circumstances this writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with a further direction to respondent No.3 to grant the consequential benefits within 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order as prayed for. Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
