(Oral) This petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent Nos 2 and 3 to restrain respondent No. 4 from using the land of the petitioner by his contractors as they are forcibly and illegally taking their tippers through the land owned by the petitioner. A representation dated 12.06.2018 (P-2) in this regard has also been made but no action has been taken till date. In view of the above factual position, the present petition stands disposed by giving a direction to respondent No. 2 and 3 to look in to the representation dated 12.06.2018 (P-2) of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
