(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.2 to 6 to take appropriate action against respondents No.7 and 8 for uprooting and misappropriating nine trees from the common passage belonging to the Panchayat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has already approached the authorities for taking action in accordance with law. Despite legal notice dated 05.08.2015 (Annexure P-7) no action has been taken by respondents No.2 to 6.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner specifically mentioned in legal notice RAVINDER SINGH 2015.11.20 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
