By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ, order or direction to the respondents to grant all consequential benefits in lieu of service rendered in private aided school and also grant relief of pay protection and all consequential benefits.

At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though legal notice dated 03.06.2018 (P-4) and subsequent reminder dated 18.06.2018 (P-5) were duly served upon the respondents but till date no action has been taken. He further submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the afore-said legal notice (P-4) and subsequent reminder (P-5), within a stipulated period.

Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Director Public Instructions Elementary Education Vidya Bhawan (Punjab School Education Board) Block E, Phase-VIII, Ajitgarh Mohali to consider the case unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice dated (P-4) and subsequent reminder (P-5) and to decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4.

However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved against any order passed by the aforesaid authority, she shall be at liberty to have recourse to the other remedies available under law as well as to approach this Court.
