(Oral) The petitioner herein is a landowner who stands deprived of the land on account of its acquisition. The Executing Court has refused to restore the execution petition though the payment as per the petitioner is still due. Learned counsel representing the parties admit that the matter in issue is covered by the judgment passed in CR No. 1380 of 2021, titled as Roda Singh v. Union of India and others; decided on 27.7.2021 and other connected cases.

Consequently, the revision petition is allowed. The Executing Court is requested to restore the execution petition to its original number. The parties through their counsel are directed to appear before the Executing Court on 30.8.2022.
