Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 25.05.2018 (Annexure P5), passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, whereby petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter-alia raised different grounds to make out a case that petitioner was unable to appear before the learned trial Court on the date fixed.
