**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned letter dated 12.06.2018 (P-6) whereby candidature of the petitioner was rejected for giving main examination to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil).

This Court vide order dated 04.07.2018 provisionally allowed the petitioner to appear in examination.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the result of written examination has been declared on 21.02.2019 and the roll no of the petitioner does not find mentioned in the result.
