Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the plaintiff-petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 18.05.2024.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner would contend that vide the impugned order a copy of the judgment dated 26.04.2024, which was simply handed over in Court, was directed to be placed on the file. Learned counsel for the plaintiff-petitioner would further contend that without there being any application or without any permission to lead any additional evidence, the copy of the said judgment has been placed on the record.

A perusal of the order dated 18.05.2024 reveals that the judgment dated 26.04.2024 has not been exhibited as a document and has simply been placed on the file by the Court. This Court is sanguine that the JITENDER KUMAR 2024.07.23 12:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
