Main case The present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.148 dated 04.09.2023 registered under Sections 21(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar.

Learned State Counsel on instructions from SI Mantej Singh, No.967/ASRR, informs this Court that the petitioner has since then been convicted vide judgment dated 13.03.2026 passed by Judge, Special Court, Amritsar.
