CWP No.19384 of 2019 {2} Cooperative Societies has no role to play.

I am of the view that grievance expressed is pre-mature but equally so, apprehension cannot be ruled out to be figment of imagination. In case, department finds certain irregularities, necessary action would be taken thereon by following the principles of natural justice. With aforementioned observations, writ petition stands disposed of.

A photocopy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for petitioner under the signatures of Court Secretary of this Court.
