RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioners are seeking modification of orders dated 24.04.2019 (P-4 and P-5) passed by learned trial Court, Ludhiana. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner restrict his prayer for reduction of cost imposed by the Court below. A perusal of impugned orders dated 24.04.2019 (P-4 and P-5) shows that the petitioners has been imposed cost of Rs.7000/- and Rs.5000/- on account of delay in filing written statement. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is dismissed on merits. However, cost imposed by the Court below vide impugned order is reduced from Rs.7000/- to Rs.4000/- and Rs.5000/- to Rs.2000/-.
