***** KARAMJIT SINGH, J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in criminal case having FIR No79 dated 02.07.2022 registered under Sections 307, 427, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that no specific allegations are there against the petitioners and only lalkara is attributed to them and they have joined the investigation with the police. The counsel for the petitioner further submits that now compromise has been effected between the parties.
The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has not disputed the fact that now the parties have entered into compromise and he JITEN SHARMA 2022.11.14 18:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
is having no objection if the present petition is allowed. The State counsel on instructions from Inspector Gurpreet Singh has admitted that the petitioners have joined investigation with the police. The State counsel further submits that now the petitioners are not required by the police for any further investigation or custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and order of interim bail dated 09.08.2022 is made absolute. The petitioners should abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
