(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a representation before the respondent-authorities giving an undertaking that she would deposit the fees for three years as well as an undertaking that she would execute a bond for rendering service with the Government of Punjab on obtaining admission in the current session. He further submits that the petitioner would file a representation before the respondent-authorities today itself, who may be directed to consider the same and take a decision thereon expeditiously in accordance with law, as the admission process is going on. Mr. Avinit Avasthi, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, submits that in case such a representation is filed today, the respondentauthorities would take an expeditious decision thereon in accordance with law within a period of two days i.e. 18.08.2022.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
