Learned counsel for parties at the very outset are ad idem that controversy at hand is squarely covered by order dated 10.12.2024, passed by the Coordinate Bench in CWP-18967-2020 (Tecnimont Spa India Project Office Vs. State of Punjab and another) and other connected matters and that petition be disposed of in the same terms. Reference is also made to subsequent orders dated 24.01.2025 and 05.03.2025, passed in CWP-1399- 2025 and CWP-4977-2025, respectively, which were disposed of in terms of CWP-18967-2020.
