JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) By invoking the jurisdiction of this Court, the petitioners, who were appointed as Guest Faculty Lecturers in different faculties with respondent No.3-College pursuant to a walk-in-interview, have sought for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 not to substitute their services with another set of Guest Faculty Lecturers.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner realizing that this Court is not persuaded to grant the relief, prays for withdrawal of the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
