Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the registration of FIR No.76 on 29.03.2017 at Police Station Central 17, Chandigarh, no action has been taken by the police to submit the final report.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, UT Chandigarh to look into the grievance of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, on receipt of copy of this order.
