Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 2158-2020 - 'Ashish Sharma and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 13.03.2024 and prays that the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions so as to consider as to whether, the husband of the petitioner fulfilled the required qualification for regularization of his service under the regularization policy dated 01.10.2003 (Annexure P-4) or not.

On the other hand, learned State counsel does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel of the petitioner herein above. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present petition stands disposed of in the same terms and conditions passed in Ashish Sharma' s case (Supra).
