HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL Present:- Mr. Gourav Goel, Advocate, for the petitioner. AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on similar lines, petitioner had already challenged the auction notice by filing a CWP No.29179 of 2017 which was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 20.12.2017. He cannot file LPA due to non-availability of the order on website of the Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that earlier auction notice which was challenged in the aforesaid writ petition had already been recalled by the respondents and therefore, fresh auction scheduled to be held on 08.01.2018 giving a fresh cause of action to the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the present writ petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
