Petitioner has sought a direction to respondents to make a payment of `11,62,979/- on account of refund of earnest money and `7,35,479/- as security deposit.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that matter shall be examined by the Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar. The amount which is found due shall be refunded to the petitioner at the earliest in any case, not later than three weeks.
