This is an application (CM-2137-CWP-2019) for placing on record true translated copy of Annexure P-14/T and for exemption from certified copy thereof whereby petitioner has been transferred from Government Sr. Secondary School, Channo (Sangrur) to Government Senior Secondary School, Nadampur (Sangrur). Application is allowed as prayed for.

With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, main case is taken up for hearing today itself.

Petitioner claims that she being 60% orthopedically disabled, lady lecturer, it is not possible for her to travel a far distance by public transport. Thus, her case needs to be considered sympathetically Petition is disposed of with a direction that the competent authority may consider the case of the petitioner within three weeks' from AJAY KUMAR 2019.02.11 15:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
