Criminal Misc. No. M-30419 of 2019 -2Vide order dated 19.07.2019, while directing the petitioner to surrender before the Arresting/Investigating Officer within seven days, interim bail was granted to him and he was directed to deposit Rs.25,000/- by way of bank draft in the name of respondent no.2 before the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala towards litigation expenses.
