The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.52 dated 28.02.2008 registered under Sections 363, 366 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Bhuna, District Fatehabad on merits. 2.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner in the present case since stands acquitted and hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
