Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2/Senior Superintendent of Police, District Jalandhar Rural, to look into the representation dated 3.7.2024 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/SSP, Jalandhar Rural, to look into the representation dated 3.7.2024 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks, copy of which shall also be furnished to the petitioner in another 3 days thereafter. 4.
