(Oral) The petitioner's grievance is that an eviction order was passed against the private-respondent at the instance of Gram Panchayat on 14.05.2003 and appeal against the said order was also dismissed on 09.09.2003 but the execution has not taken effect so far. Further grievance of the petitioner is that instead of implementing that order, a fresh demarcation has been ordered by the Executing Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that even if there is a need for fresh demarcation, still the execution proceedings cannot be kept pending for an indefinite period.
In this view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on merits with a direction to the Executing Court that let the fresh demarcation, if any, be got carried out within a period of three weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order and thereafter the execution proceedings be taken to its MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.10.29 14:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
