(Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer investigation of the case to the State of Punjab for conducting fair and just investigation of FIR No.364 dated 16.07.2022, registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, at Police Station City Thanesar, Kurukshetra. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that investigation in case is already complete. Final report under Section 173(2) Cr.PC was prepared against the accused/Om Parkash Khurana, Tarun Khurana (present petitioner), Raj Kumari, Satya Pal Khetarpal and Saroj Pal Khetarpal under Sections 406 and 420 IPC by the SHO, Police Station City Thanesar, Kurukshetra on 04.10.2022, and the same was presented in Court on 16.10.2024. The next date of hearing fixed before the trial Court is 27.03.2025.

In view of the aforementioned facts, it is apparent that the petition has been rendered infructuous as the investigation is already over, and stands disposed of accordingly.
