Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed: Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that as per Guidelines for adjustment of the Guest Teacher, Annexure P-5, in case another JBT Teacher wants to be considered as surplus in place of a senior JBT Teacher, and both have given consent in writing, the former shall be transferred. The petitioner is working as Guest JBT Teacher in Government Model Sanskriti Primary School, Budhanpur, Panchkula, and another teacher, namely Sukhwinder Kaur, has given consent to be declared surplus in her place on 03.07.2024, Annexure P-8, which has not been considered before adjusting the petitioner in some other school. Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, seeks time to get instructions.

Today, learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that the petitioner's case is being re-looked in the light of consent given by a junior teacher, dated 03.07.2024, in terms of the Guidelines, and an appropriate decision in the matter will soon be taken.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.

Disposed of accordingly with a direction that status quo regarding petitioner's place of posting shall be maintained till the decision is taken by the respondents.
