(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders dated 05.09.2014 (Annexure P-21) passed by Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi and order dated 19.09.2013 (Annexure P-18) passed by Debt Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh, vide which the appeals filed by the petitioners have been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced the copies of the judgments dated 07.02.2017 passed in Civil Appeal No.258 of 15.9.2016 and Civil Appeal No.15 of 22.03.2014. The same are taken on record. Learned counsel for the State has produced the report by way of short affidavit of Manjit Singh, Tehsildar Batala, in compliance of order dated Ravinder Singh 2017.03.29 10:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that on instructions from petitioner No.1, who is present in Court, in the light of the judgments dated 07.02.2017 passed in the aforesaid appeals, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to move an application for revival of the writ petition, in case something survives therein. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to move an application for revival of the writ petition, in case something survives therein.
