Through this revision petition, the defendant No.3 prays for setting aside the ex parte ad interim injunction order dated 06.07.2020. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the trial Court has failed to decide all the miscellaneous applications for more than a year. He further contends that the suit itself is not maintainable before the Civil Court.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application requesting the trial Court to dispose of all the miscellaneous applications. If such an application is filed, the trial Court is directed to decide all the miscellaneous applications within a period of 15 days.
