(ORAL) CRM-37183 of 2022 This is an application for addition of Section 325 IPC which has been added later on during the course of investigation in case FIR No.66 dated 25.04.2022 under Sections 323, 427, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Patiala. Vide order dated 10.08.2022, the petitioner was allowed interim anticipatory bail in the aforesaid FIR. Section 325 IPC was not incorporated in the order dated 10.08.2022 at that point of time as the said Section was added later on.
In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed for. Section 325 IPC is ordered to be incorporated. CRM-M-35459 of 2022 Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has RAVINDER SINGH 2022.10.12 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
-2CRM-M-35459 of 2022 (O&M) been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.66 dated 25.04.2022 registered under Sections 323, 427, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Section 325 IPC added later on) at Police Station Kotwali, District Patiala.
Learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 10.08.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
In view of above, order dated 10.08.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
