The substantive prayer made in the petition reads thus: 'It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents may kindly be directed to the respondents no. 1 to 3 to take the action against respondent no.4 for the not compliance of the orders passed by the Ld. JMIC in CRM-2944-2025 Ld. JMIC to produce the status report to proper adjudication of the case. And Further prayed that directing the respondents no.1 to 3 to investigate the matter in the fair manner by appointing the officer not below the rank of DSP in the present matter as respondent no.4 not perform his duty in fair manner.

And Further issue some guidelines to the official respondents to assist/supplied the status report to the Ld. JMIC with available evidence JMIC in application of 156(3) with limited time frame i.e maximum two months if the official respondents failed to do so then Ld. JMIC will be register the FIR without any delay.'

CRM-M No.29455 of 2026 -2Class, Jalandhar (copy whereof has been appended as Annexure P-12 with the present petition), he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand so as to pursue his remedy before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 3.
