There is no ground for a challenge before this Court for a notice of theft issued to the petitioner. The petitioner is entitled under the relevant Regulation 37.2(c) to make a representation within 15 days of the assessment before the authority and the designated authority after giving the consumer an opportunity of being heard, pass a final order within 7 days of such a representation. The representation is reported to have been made on 04.10.2014. If no order is passed, the petitioner may join issues with the respondent and elicit a final order to be passed in the manner contemplated under Regulation 37.2. 2.
