(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No. 78 dated 08.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered at Police Station Women West, Gurugram, District Gurugram under Section 323, 34, 354-A, 406, 498A, 506, 509 IPC 1860 and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on merits.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Poonam, Police Station Women West, Gurugram, District Gurugram, submits that cancellation report has been submitted before learned Trial Court on 28.09.2023.

A perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has not yet been issued and the case has been adjourned on request of learned proxy counsel for the petitioners on three dates i.e. 19.07.2023, 23.08.2023 and 21.11.2023.
