At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of present revision petition before this Court, application under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, filed by the petitioner has been finally decided/dismissed by the Trial Court vide order dated 28.08.2023. Thus, he seeks withdrawal of present revision petition, by seeking liberty to take further remedial steps, as per law. 2.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded hereabove.

It is also noticed that in pursuance to the order dated 03.08.2023, passed by this Court, learned CJM, Amritsar, vide its office letter dated 17.08.2023, made a request for grant of extension for the disposal of case bearing No.CM/30/2023, titled as, "Onkar Singh Vs. Rattan Singh".

After obtaining appropriate orders from the authorities, office JAWALA RAM 2023.10.13 18:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Since, application filed under Order 9 Rule 13 CPC, filed by the petitioner has been finally decided/dismissed by the Trial Court vide order dated 28.08.2023, and consequently, main revision petition has been withdrawn by learned counsel for the petitioner, no orders are required to be passed in CM-16156-CII-2023.
