The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to release the amount of earned leave of the petitioner for 133 days.

Learned counsel would submit that amount of earned leave of the petitioner for 133 days has not been released. In this regard, a legal notice dated 28.05.2018, Annexure P-10A and a representation dated 10.01.2024, Annexure P-11, have been submitted, which have yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner. 3.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.
