Challenge in the present petition is to the action of transfer/list of Elementary School Headmasters (Annexure P-7), meant for transfer drive.

Today, learned State counsel has produced copy of letter dated 25.04.2023 received from the Director, Elementary Education, Haryana. As per the same, Transfer Drive 2022 was initiated as per Teacher Transfer Policy, 2016, amended on 2017, and all the eligible Elementary School Headmasters (ESHMs) had participated in the transfer drive by filling up their preferences to get the station of their choice. It is further mentioned in the letter that some of the petitioners, who participated in Transfer Drive, 2022, had been allotted the station of their choice/preference, and that PARVEEN KUMAR 2023.04.28 15:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment






























 

petitioners No.2, 5, 8, 10, 11, 12, 16, 22, 29 and 35 have retired from the service.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
