(Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the show cause notice dated 11.06.2024, Annexure P-11, whereby the petitioner has been informed that Sports Gradation Certificate submitted by him is not as per the Sports Policy dated 25.05.2018, Annexure P-3. And has been asked why should his service be not terminated. However, no action thereupon has been taken by the respondents so far, nor has the petitioner responded to the notice.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, contends that in case the petitioner submits the reply to show cause notice within three weeks from today, the same will be considered and appropriate decision would be taken by the competent authority in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order.
