Learned counsel submits that the pay of the petitioner has not been refixed by ignoring of the notification dated 21.12.2011 and 18.07.2012, which already stands quashed by this Court in CWP-25517-2012 titled as Dr. Ranjit Singh and Others vs. State of Punjab and Others, decided on 06.10.2017, regarding which, a legal notice dated 09.04.2025, Annexure P-34, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 09.04.2025, within a period of 6 months, which this PARVEEN KUMAR 2025.05.28 16:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

CWP-15810-2025 (O&M) -2Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to them and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to their interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioners shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
