*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) It is submitted that a wrong date of birth has been mentioned in the Class 10 th certificate on account of a clerical error. The school record mentions the correct date of birth. Despite application having been made for correction of the Class 10 th certificate, no action has been taken till date. Legal notice dated 9.5.2022 has also been issued, yet, no relief has been granted. Considering the nature of the case as well as the fact that the error in the class 10 th certificate appears to be clerical, issuance of notice of motion is dispensed with.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No. 3 to decide the legal notice dated 9.5.2022 (Annexure P-13) by passing a speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
